Never used Outlook, So can't help you there. But here are the steps to
unsubscribe:

send an email to:
majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

w/ the following line(and no other lines(ie, turn of sig's)) in the
BODY (NOT subject line):
unsubscribe schoolforge-discuss


Also, this needs to be in plain text. Again, don't know how to do it
w/ Outlook, proably some formating pull down menu somewhere. Try
sellecting "Plain" if a "Text" option isn't available.
