This would be a good thing for the administrative software task group to look
into.  Ramin, is there a code base you could donate to the effort?  Steve
Tonnesen, do you think the admin TG is the place for this?  I can ask Roger to set up a
mailing list for the TG if you want it (we haven't done so yet).
