I have found that the teachers are the hardest sell. 
The principal and board won't care much -- except that
it saves money and that they might be nervous about not
teaching "Windows."  However, windows wasn't around when
I learned about computers and Win3.1 is different than
Win9x so those args don't hold much water.

However, the teachers who teach using the computers need
to be sure they are comfortable and have teaching
materials.  This is the most difficult thing.  Odd that
even computer teachers don't always like to learn new
things.
