IMP (Internet Mail Package) provides an web client for email on a linux
server. It is very user friendly and looks/feels like hotmail/yahoomail
etc... For students and teachers who do not already have an email account
somewhere else, I provide them with an account on a linux server attached
permanently to the internet, and the following instructions:

"just point your browser to www.whatever.ca/imp"

and I don't have to answer questions about login in, pine and logging out...
or watch them try to use pine with a mouse :-)

imp requires apache, and horde-core packages as prerequisites.
