Ah, I see.  No, I'm inclined to agree.  A bug-tracking system is not
what you're looking for.  I think there are similar "status" pages on
Debian, but they tend to be done via wml (and possibly LDAP?).  PhP +
mysql can be used to accomplish basically the same thing.
