The home users who would be interested in loading Linux probably
already have. The business users who might be interested but haven't
yet taken the leap are not holding off because it is difficult to
install, but because there isn't any reliable single source of
support.

So, make the installation easier for business users. Make the 
ongoing support really easy, so the comparison with Microsoft OSes become
quite clear.

How about several standard configurations: web server, firewall, 
development workstation, ... that might eliminate some of the hundreds
of choices that you need to make in order to install even the easy
packages.
