 the biggest risk for tor is if an adversary sets up enough of his own
 relays. so i thought about how to ensure that relays cannot be controlled
 by an adersary.

 what if tor relays would ran on hardware that cannot be spyed upon. if
 every communication between chips is encrypted, the memory is encrypted
 and the software is burned on a rom which can only be read out to veryfy
 the software there is nothing an adverary can do to get control over the
 device. the chips should have transparent packages so they can also be
 verified with a microscope.
