I too am against XML.

Good to know. Should we put up a little list on the gEDA home page where the developers, contributors and users of gEDA can state if they are pro or con XML? The discussions end up in some of these "living in the past" guys start to talk about all the stuff they did 20 years ago.

We had a German-US intercultural training at work and the course
trainer claimed that the mentality in the US is "forget the past, it's
history". Maybe the US guys here are not representative, or maybe they
actually come from UK. (I recognize from the mail adress that Levente
may not be from the US).

I am a bit frustrated because everytime XML show up in topics, there
are some opinions and then there is nothing but hardware talk.
