Run pcb.  Window->Library.  The strings in square brackets are the
names you want.

As for arguments, you really need to read the m4 sources.


Please be careful with the through-hole m4 parts. Many have a ridiculously small hole size set. You'll want to check this for each footprint you use, or you will be unable to insert parts into the board.
