I've updated gsch2pcb to version 1.1.

It now detects the latest PCB 20031113 m4 and newlib directories (if installed
under /usr or /usr/local) as well as older PCB m4 and pcb_lib install
directories.  So if using PCB 20031113 you should be able to eliminate
the m4 and newlib directories from your project file.  I made minor updates
to the tutorial to cover this.

Also fixed a bug which caused it to fail to find element files when
linked to glib1.2 instead of glib2.0, sorry if this caused anyone a problem.
