I'm looking for something that an experienced analog engineer with only some digital experience could read and quickly understand the big picture of how it (boundary scan) works. I'm looking for something detailed enough to show how you might implement it.


I'm also interested in how some of these microcontrollers that have analog pins (ADC/DAC i/o) handle boundary scan.
