gEDA-user: [pcb] lesstif netlist dialog enhancements

I changed the lesstif netlist dialog to be more like the "original"
netlist dialog.  To wit:

Selecting individual nets in the net list loads the netlist's pin/pad
list without selecting the net.  Note that full extended selection
works here; i.e. shift-click and ctrl-click do what you expect,
although the pin/pad list is only loaded when a single net is
selected.

Selecting a pin/pad from the list moves the crosshair to that pin/pad.
If the location isn't visible, the board pans until it is.

Buttons at the bottom of the dialog act on the given (i.e. selected in
the list) nets:

Select - marks the given nets "selected" on the board (doesn't change
       other existing selections)

Deselect - marks the given nets "not selected" on the board (doesn't
	change other existing selections)

Find - marks the given nets (and nothing else) as "found"
	(highlighted).

Rip Up - removes any visible (and unlocked) lines, arc, and vias
	associated with the given nets.

Enable for rats, Disable for rats - these change the "*" mark for the
	given nets, which enables/disables them for all the usual
	ratlist stuff.

Note that this means you can no longer just arrow down through the net
list at full auto-repeat speed, highlighting the nets on the board as
you go.
