There are some dependencies between some of the items, so the plan is
to do them in the order listed.  I don't know if (nor do I expect
that) LF has a way of allocating a donation to a specific subset of
the project, or when they'll start noting the donations-so-far (I know
it's nonzero at the moment, but not what the amount is).
