I think one missing piece is the ability to position the PS plots
somewhere other than the center of the page.  Even just a "lower left"
checkbox might help.

PCB does emit a header in PS output, if there's something missing it
should be easy enough to add.

The other option is a gerber to TIFF converter, might be able to find
one of those on the 'net.

Yet another option is to volunteer to add raster output to PCB ;-)
