The missing prolog should have caused some kind of error, with the
printing being aborted, instead of producing baked postscript.  I will
improve the robustness, this is on my todo.

Okay, the fix for this is in CVS now.  I forgot to pass the offset into
the printing function.  It prints fine here now.
