Who makes the Linux pre-built binaries?  Answer: someone else!!

Someone who is part of the Fedora team makes Fedora packages.  
Someone who is part of the Debian team makes Debian packages.
Someone who is part of the NetBSD team......
etc.

Why can't Windows be the same?

If we, the real developers, need to make windows binaries, we 
are doing extra work that we don't do for Linux.
