actually, the CD is for linux on intel only. But the whole suite compiles easily on NetBSD and Solaris using gcc or SunPRO compilers. I'd assume you can also build everything on non-intel linux and on the other *BSD systems also without much of a problem. You can also get the whole thing via NetBSD's pkgsrc (which also can give you gEDA on darwin).
