I dont think it would be a problem.
Actually our webserver runs PHP with Apache, and I think it will
be no problem to create a not-so-complex engine in PHP, we have
here a very good PHP programmer. We can use also the EasyPublish
engine that runs our gedabr site. The decision is yours... :D
