Where can I find what is the "official" PCB key map?

Don't say look at the source code, as it is broken vis Shift-B.  :-)

What is the most accurate PCB documentation, besides the source code?
I know someone mentioned doing a rewrite in OpenOffice, where does that stand?

I'm trying to gather up such information for the Windows port I'm working on.
