That part comes from doc/pcb.texi, which is much less likely to get
updated than the comments in parse_y.y, which is where the file format
stuff comes from.  I'm only saying the file format stuff should be
valid (i.e. you are safe to use it); I'm not saying anything about the
rest of the manual. :)
