Open Minds Award

image might be a few rows of students with computers taken at a 3/4 angle with one big light bulb over the top of their heads with open source = open minds bannered over the scene.

the 3/4 angle symbolizes openness
the students symbolize learning and participation in the future
the lightbulb symbolizes thought or ideas
the banner is pretty obvious.
