SEUL: Including the right programs

A crucial point is including the programs the user will need.  If you
want to see how to do it wrong then take a look at Debian 1.3: there
are not one, not two but SIX web servers.  At the same time the Debian
team has provided ZERO light-weight databases with good user interface
a la xmgrok for people wanting to classify their books, and ZERO
Wysywyg Word Processors (LyX is in the contrib part).
