gEDA-user: how to select components st they move wires in pcb?

This is a sort of stupid question, but I remember last time I used pcb I
was somehow able to select components st they became outlined in red
rather
than blue, which caused them to pull their wires along with them when
they
were moved. This was very convenient. Unfortunately, I can't remember
how
I did it and can't seem to reproduce the effect now. A tip on this
point
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Britton
