So it's for the big boys. But it's not the developers' fault. It should
be a black eye for the protocol guys who designed only wide open
standards and white papers with no regard to privacy. Otherwise, a heavy
encrypted standard common for communication would have meant tablets
would have been powerful enough or they wouldn't sell.

Right. Signed packages and large userbase should trump the rest. Now,
all I have to do is convince Ubuntu to head towards Puppy Linux and not
MacOS XII. Just kidding.
