Re: [pygame] freetype merge and the Spectacularly Adequate Automated Pygame Build Page Re: [pygame] Documentation changes in trunk
btw,
It seems these two files are available on the buildbot:
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/usr/X11R6/include/ft2build.h
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/X11/include/ft2build.h
#FREETYPE = -I/opt/local/include/freetype2 -I/opt/local/include
-L/opt/local/lib -lfreetype -lz
FREETYPE = -I/Library/Frameworks/SDL_ttf.framework/Versions/Current/Headers
-Xlinker "-framework" -Xlinker "SDL_ttf" -Xlinker
"-F/Library/Frameworks/"
-I/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/X11/include/
-I/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/X11/include/freetype2/freetype
-I/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/X11/include/freetype2/
$ python test/freetype_font_test.py

Expected in: dynamic lookup
So it looks like SDL_ttf doesn't have at least that required symbol.
Perhaps a new SDL_ttf framework build needs to be done with a newer freetype.
