Never saw that one before. I've seen Ctrl+Shift+Z, Ctrl+Y, (Ctrl?/Alt?)+R
Ctrl+Shift is two modifiers.. I'm not even sure GTK would support that.

My mail client winds me up something _TERRIBLE_ because that maps to
"Forward message"!
