It's a pcb exporter, so after compiling it becomes part of the pcb app and
it gets data from the pcb internal data structs.

Not suitable for gerber files, peoples using other pcb-warez (eagle,
fritzing, ..., and-what-not) need to adapt it to these specific internal
data structures.

One caveat might be that the pcb-dxf-hid code may have some bit rot as pcb
hid structs seem to have changed a little bit over time.
