gEDA-user: cat: write error: Broke pipe

When start PCB, PCB does not show naything except log file that;

cat: write error: Broke pipe

What shoud I need to check ?

Also no connection pins, how can I handle it ?

Gnetlist generate error of those unconnected pins.
