The traditional way of handling this is by selecting the element, and
using shift-arrow keys to "nudge" it.  A suitable dialog box could
come up showing the X,Y coordinates of each pin or something, too.  An
extension off that would be to allow typing directly into that dialog
box (if a given pin in the box had keyboard focus, it should highlight
the pin on the board too).
