+1 I think it unlikely that a gEDA wiki would be targeted.
I think wikimedia keeps a history so it may be trivial to restore an
older version in the event someone does vandalise a page. If creating
login is not a huge overhead then just disable anonymous edits - that
way there is a degree of ownership of any changes to content.
