Look for the "Sparklasse". This assumes a per panel pricing. You get what 
ever number of identical PCBs fit onto on a panel for more or less fixed 
price. They keep your data. So the second panel will be seriously 
cheaper, even if you wait some time before you go for a follow-up.

That's why I stick to Bastista :-) 
I talked them into accepting gerbers from geda/pcb without extra charge 
in 2005...
