Try the "-3" version at:

http://www2.eng.cam.ac.uk/~pcjc2/geda-windows.html

That should fix the issue. It was a "." vs. "," problem when passing the
font size to Pango.


Alternatively, just replace gschem.exe:

http://www2.eng.cam.ac.uk/~pcjc2/gschem.exe


(The -3 package is just the -2 package with gschem.exe substituted).
