Note, that this is dokuwiki

This flavor of wiki software is more geared toward small scale
documentation than mediawiki. (no dedicated data base, less user
hierarchy, ...). Mediawiki is of course capable to drive the mega
project wikipedia. So from a purely technical point of view dokuwiki
fits the bill of geda/pcb better. However, the proposition to 
write a comprehensive manual as wikibook more about the social 
infrastructure and less about the format.
