This depends on the gEDA goals. Ales wants to flesh those out some more,
he wrote. If, for example, the goal would be to some day provide a very
viable alternative to commercial stuff that engineers use today then it
might head into a similar direction as OpenOffice. It isn't quite there
yet but it is close to what manistream business uses. However, maybe
that's not the goal, I don't know (yet).
